Artist Profile
Elizabeth Kewin began painting several years ago while living in India. She emerged from this experience inspired and brimming with a need to paint. She became passionate about the mandala as a means of expressing the inner self and its use as a bridge to the invisible. From India she moved to the hills of New Zealand and painted continuously. A year later, she exhibited eighteen paintings at The Gallery Akaroa in New Zealand. Her visionary style has evolved and her mandalas express the movement of light in a unique and intriguing manner. Her paintings are in private collections in the U.S., Canada, England and New Zealand. She now resides in North Vancouver.
In 2008 she launched a collection of numbered giclee prints on canvas.
